Google Business Profile (GBP) posts are short and simple updates that you can use to communicate with people who are looking for information about your business, products, or services on Google. They can help you promote your business and expand your online presence.

GBP posts are visible on your business profile, which appears in the knowledge panel on Google Search and in Google Maps. They are displayed similarly to a Facebook feed, underneath your contact details and reviews. There are four categories of posts: What's new, events, offers, and product posts. Each post can include an image, images or videos and a title. Below this paragraph you can see a screen recording that scrolls through some GBP posts that are visible from Google Search.

GBP posts remain visible on the listing for a total of seven days, except for offer or event posts, which remain until they expire.

Some of the benefits of GBP posts are:

- They can help you advertise your brand, products, sales, specials, events, and offers

- They can increase your visibility in search and reach more people who are looking for nearby businesses.

- They can help you build brand awareness and affinity by communicating directly with the public.

- They can help you engage with your audience by adding call-to-action buttons to your posts.
