Give yourself the option to approve or reject moments from your employees.

When adding new GrowthBooster users (see our help doc titled GrowthBooster Mobile Users for more information on adding users), there is a slider at the bottom of the page that says pre-moderation. You can see it in the screen recording below. Click that slider to give yourself the ability to approve or reject any moments from any given user.

You will be able to see all of the moments added by moderated users by clicking GrowthBooster from any location management page. Next, click the Moments link on the left side of the page. You will see a blue Approve button and a red Reject button underneath the moments added by any moderated user.

Clicking Approve will post the moment right away. If you click reject, the moment will not post to your GBP location or website, but it will remain archived in your location management account.

Clicking the edit button will allow you to change any part of the moment. See the screenshot below to understand what the editing interface looks like.

You can change the address of the moment. You can add, remove, or edit the text. You can remove the image associated with the moment and add another image. You can also keep the original image and add additional pictures. You can change the customer name, business, category, and employee. Clicking save and publish will post the moment to your GBP location and website.

You can still reject the moment if you decide you do not want to post it. Just click the Reject button. You can also click the Delete button if you do not want the moment saved in your archive. Clicking the Save button will preserve any changes you make, but the moment will not post. You can return and publish the moment later if you like.
