You can create a custom feedback page in an existing campaign or in a new one. To begin, click into your location.
On the next page, you’ll see a list of links on the left. Click the link that says Campaigns.
If you already have a campaign, click into it. Skip down past the next two screenshots below this one– the instructions in between will be for people setting up their first campaign.
If this is your first campaign, click the blue Create Campaign button in the center of the page.
Next, you’ll want to enter a name for your campaign. The name will be completely internal, so no customers will see it. Name the campaign anything you like. After that, click the drop-down menu to select your location. If you only have a single location, that will be the only choice. If you have multiple locations, be sure to choose the correct one. After that, you’ll want to decide if your messages can be sent at any hour or during business hours. We suggest choosing the M-F, 10 AM - 5 PM option, but it’s up to you. Finally, pick the correct time zone. You can see these steps below.
When you’re finished, click the blue Next button at the bottom of the page.
Now, you’ll be able to create a custom feedback page. You can use a different logo by uploading one into the top field. You can change the background color as well. You do not need to change either setting if you don’t want to.
The positive feedback threshold you select will determine which customers get ushered towards leaving a public review versus the ones who will not. A preview of your feedback page will be visible on the right. Any changes you make will update in real time. You can change the text to your liking.
When you are finished, click the blue Next button on the bottom of the screen. You custom feedback page is finished.
See our creating campaigns help doc if you need additional help setting up your campaign. These instructions are strictly for your feedback page. The creating campaigns help doc has complete campaign instructions.
