To view your campaign statistics, the first thing you need to do is navigate to your campaign. To do that, first click into your location.

Next, click the Campaigns link on the left side of the page.

Next, click the link that corresponds with the campaign you’d like to see statistics for. In a lot of cases, you’ll only have one campaign. If you have more than one, be sure to choose the correct link.

The next page that loads will have your campaign statistics and look like the screenshot below.

This page will show you the number of SMS and emails your campaign has sent on the top-right part of the page. You can see how many credits your campaign has used (each location will get 500 email credits per month and 100 SMS credits per month to start, but additional credits can be purchased if you need more). In the SMS and email boxes at the top of the page, you can also see how many were sent in the past week if you look at the bottom half of those boxes.

Beneath the email and SMS boxes, you’ll see two more boxes. The one on the left tells you how long your campaign has been running. The one on the right tells you how many contacts have been added to your campaign.

To the left of the four boxes we just described, you will see a gray box that tells you the name of your location, campaign, and when you’re sending messages (in this case, it’s M-F, from 10 AM until 5 PM).

There are two more boxes on the bottom of the page. The one on the left has your QR code. Above the QR code, you’ll see the number of customers who have left feedback. Underneath the QR code, you’ll see a link for your public feedback form. The public feedback form for this campaign can be seen beneath this paragraph.

The final box contains the code for your feedback widget. We have a separate help doc explaining the widget and how to install it.

This is all of the information that is available at a glance on your statistics page.
