Let's say your business consists of several branches, each branch has it's own GBP listing, and these branches can divided into groups, for example, by their geographical location: Texas locations and Florida ones. You may assign to these locations tags denoting the group they belong to and then use these tags to manage access of your team members to these locations.

There are two ways of assigning tags to locations in the Linda Local application.

Bulk assigning tags to your locations

Click the "Locations" link in the top navigation bar.

Mark checkboxes in the right column on the location list for the locations you want to add tags to.

Click the "Tags" dropdown in the top line of the "Locations" table.

Enter the name of a new tag and press "Enter", or select one of the existing tags and click the "Add" button.

The tag will be added to your locations.

Adding tags one by one

Click the "Locations" link in the top navigation bar and click on the location you want to add tags to.

On the location "Dashboard" click the "Select tags" button and unselect one of the existing tags or enter the name of a new tag and press "Enter" on the keyboard. The tag will be added to the location.

Note: you can assign as many tags to your locations as you want.

Removing tags from locations

Click the "Locations" link in the top navigation bar and click on the location. On the location "Dashboard" click the "Select tags" button and unselect the tag you don't need anymore or click the cross button on the tag.

The tag will be removed.
