One of the handy features of our Reputation management platform is video reviews. This can be added as a custom field when you set up a review campaign.

To access that, start setting up a campaign and include this field on the "Feedback gathering" tab of the configurator. This is highly customizable, so you can wipe out everything but the star rating (which is required) and include the video feedback option as well, leaving your clients no choice to describe their experience but record or upload a short video.

This has some limitations though - a video should be not more than 40 seconds long, with .MP4, .MOV, .AVI or .MKV file types allowed not exceeding 20Mb.

Having recorded or uploaded a video, a user is able to play it making sure everything is ok. In case something is wrong the video can be recorded again or re-submitted.

Unlike the text feedback type, a video can't be shared - it lands on the "Feedback" tab of a business.

The good news is it and can be displayed in the Review widget.

Keep in mind that if you choose your embedded review widget to display video feedback - it won''t show any text reviews, and embedding two different widgets to the same page is impossible.
