When you add review platforms to a location of your business the only thing that you can do is fetch reviews already listed there. Our Facebook integration lets you also reply to the reviews and edit your replies.

To be able to do that you need to connect a Facebook account first. Hit the right top corner drop down menu and pick "Integrations".

You next goal is the big button in the middle of the screen that is meant for account connection. Both "General" and "Pages" tabs contain the same link. The difference is when you have it all set up - the first one will display connected accounts while the other - the Pages these accounts manage.

You will be prompted to opt in between the pages that are already and will ever be managed by the account or the existing pages only with a menu to select the ones you want added. The dialogue will also show the permission list that you grant to the app.

Next go to the "Businesses" and select the location that needs that page added as a review profile. Once there, click "Facebook" to select from the drop down menu as shown on the screenshot below.

Remember to click the "Add Review Profile" and then apply changes by hitting the button on the bottom. Done? Proceed to "Reviews" to see the synced data here.

You are now able to reply to reviews, edit your replies and sync comments to check if there's something new. Replies are available only for the first level comments - this is limited by the Facebook API.

The old-fashioned way of connecting Facebook is also available - if you want to just list reviews, add the page link to the "Profile URL" field.
