Personalize your chat profile

Your personal agent profile can be set up to display image/avatar, name and signature. This page also contains the password change part and other settings we are about to cover in this article.

To find profile settings click on the icon in the left bottom corner and choose `Profile settings`.

The 'Your full name' field is for your actual name that won't be displayed to the users who will engage in a conversation with you. What they will see is your 'Display name' - this is your nickname for agent-to-user conversations.

The email address you provide will be used to send notifications and as a login to the system. Once updated, you will have to log in again with the new email.

The 'Message signature' will be added to all the messages you send fm your email inbox configured on Linda Local.

Configure the message sending hotkey to meet your preferences and the hotkeys set in your other chat apps. Choose between a plain 'Enter' or a combination of 'Ctrl'+'Enter' for Windows or 'Cmd'+'Enter' if you're a Mac user.

To update the password you will have to provide the current one and the new one repeated twice.

Next go various notification settings - audio, email and push. Various scenarios describe conversation events that would trigger a notification.

Last but not least is the 'Access token' needed for an API integration.
