You can see all of your location’s performance metrics by signing into your account at linda.co and navigating to our location management platform. When that page loads, click your location to view its dashboard.
The top of the location dashboard page will contain all of your business information– things like its name, address, phone number, and so on. Scroll down until you see Statistics.
The first two graphs you see show your location’s impressions. The top graph shows how many times your location was viewed on Google Maps during the reporting period. The second graph shows you how many times your location was viewed in Google Search results.
You can change the period of time covered by the graph by clicking the “Month,” “Quarter,” and “Year buttons” above the graphs. This can be seen in the screen recording below.
The next collection of insights is labeled Business contacts. You will see four bars with information about business conversations, business direction requests, call clicks, and website clicks. An example can be seen in the screenshot below.
Business conversations shows the number of people who initiated a chat with your business through Google Business Profile. Business direction requests show the number of times a customer chose to get driving (or walking, in some cases) directions to your business. If you have a service area business (think plumbers, landscapers, pressure washers, etc), like in the example above, you should expect to see a constant zero for that statistic. Call clicks show the number of times someone clicked on your phone number to initiate a call. Website clicks show the number of times someone clicked to open your website while viewing your Google Business Profile.
The final insights show how people find your Google Business Profile. In most cases, you will expect the mobile search number to be much higher than the mobile maps number. This shows if people were searching for your business through Google Search or Google Maps.
