If you want to publish moments created with GrowthBooster on your LinkedIn company page, you need to set up an integration with Pabbly Connect.

First of all, go to pabbly.com and create an account (if you don’t have one). You can set up the integration with a free account, but you may need to switch to a paid account later because the number of runs on a free account is limited.

  1. Go to “Pabbly Connect”, and click on the "Access now" button on the "All Apps" page.

  2. Create a new workflow: click on the "Create Workflow" button, specify the name of the workflow, for example, "GrowthBooster->LinkedIn" and click the "Create" button.

  3. Type "Webhook" in the "Choose app" search input below "App event" and click on "Webhooks" in the search results list.

  4. Copy the webhook URL, switch off the "Simple Response" toggle, and click the "Capture Response" button below the "Webhook URL" input.

  5. Go to the GrowthBooster web-application, open the business you are setting up the integration with, proceed to the "Settings" tab, paste the webhook URL you’ve copied in the previous step to the "Add webhook" field, and click the "Update" button.

  6. Create at least two new moments in GrowthBooster for your business and approve them for publishing.

  7. Return to Pabbly and wait around 10 minutes, till the “Response received” checkbox appears.

  8. Scroll down, click on the "Choose Your Next Application" block, type "Iterator" in the "Choose app" search input below "App event" and click on "Iterator" in the search results list.

  9. Select the "Process Arrays" in the "Action Event" dropdown and click the "Connect" button.

  10. Make sure the "Response" value is selected in the "Choose Array" dropdown and click the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  11. Scroll down, and click on the "Add Action Step" round button with a plus sign.

  12. Type "Text Formatter" in the "Choose app" search input and click on "Text Formatter" in the search results list, then select "Replace Text" in the "Action Event" field, and click the "Connect" button.

  13. Click in the "Text" field and select "2. Iterator by Pabbly"->"Description".

  14. Type in \r in the "Find" field, {{space}} in the "Replace" field and click the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  15. Scroll down, and click on the "Add Action Step" round button with a plus sign.

Type again "Text Formatter" in the "Choose app" search input and click on "Text Formatter" in the search results list, then select "Replace Text" in the "Action Event" field, and click the "Connect" button.

  16. Click in the "Text" field and select "3. Text Formatter by Pabbly: Replace Text"->"Result".

  17. Type in \n in the "Find" field, {{space}} in the "Replace" field and click the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  18. Scroll down, and click on the "Add Action Step" round button with a plus sign.

Type again (this is the last time!) "Text Formatter" in the "Choose app" search input and click on "Text Formatter" in the search results list, then select "Replace Text" in the "Action Event" field, and click the "Connect" button.

  19. Click in the "Text" field and select "4. Text Formatter by Pabbly: Replace Text"->"Result". Type in {{space}}{{space}} in the "Find" field, {{space}} in the "Replace" field and click the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  20. Scroll down, and click on the "Add Action Step" round button with a plus sign.

Type "Filter" in the "Choose app" search input and click on "Filter" in the search results list, then select "Filter Values" in the "Action Event" field, and click the "Connect" button.

  21. Click in the "Select Label" field and select "5. Text Formatter by Pabbly: Replace Text"->"Result". Click in the "Filter Type" field and select "Doesn't equal to", then click in the "Value" field and type in '' . Then click "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  22. Scroll down, and click on the "Add Action Step" round button with a plus sign.

Type "LinkedIn" in the "Choose app" search input and click on "LinkedIn" in the search results list. Pabbly allows the creation of text posts either on the personal LinkedIn profile or on the company page. If you want to share updates on your profile then select "Share Simple Text" in the "Action Event" field. If you want to share updates on your company page then select "Create Company Text Post" in the "Action Event" field. Then click the "Connect" button.

  23. We will continue with the "Company Text Post for example, the "Share Simple Text" setup is almost identical.

  24. In the "Connect LinkedIn Account" select "Add New Connection" then click the "Connect With LinkedIn" button.

  25. A new window opens asking you to sign in to LinkedIn. Type in your credentials and click the "Sign In" button.

  26. After the successful sign in you will return to Pabbly. Click in the "Content" field and select "5. Text Formatter by Pabbly: Replace Text"->"Result". Click in the "Article Preview URL" field and type in the URL of your website. You can also customize the title and description of the link in the LinkedIn post: just type in the corresponding data to the "Title" and "Description" fields. Then click the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

  27. The moment will land on your LinkedIn company page:

  28. Scroll up to the top of the page, click the "Dashboard" link, and make sure your workflow is "Active". Congratulations, your moments will be sent to your LinkedIn Company Page.
