Your Facebook account can be disconnected from Linda if the password changes or the access level changes for the personal account which was used to connect the Facebook Business Page with Linda.
To reconnect your Facebook and Instagram account please follow these steps.
Open Linda, click on Locations in the menu, then click on the blue 'Open' button. This will log you into the Locations segment of the software. Next proceed to Facebook Accounts page here: https://locations.linda.co/facebook_accounts
If you see a name of a Facebook profile but do not see the name of the Business Page or the Facebook/Instagram icons, this means that connection was lost and we need to reconnect it. If you do see them, then it was a false alarm prompted by Facebook making some changes on their end which temporarily reset the connection to our systems.
To proceed with reconnecting your Facebook Business Page click on the "Connect Facebook" button.
The system may ask you to log into your personal account if you are logged out, this is expected. When you are logged in click on the Reconnect button.
If that worked you should see the name of the Facebook Business Page (and Instagram page if you had previously connected it) and the icons for Facebook and Instagram next to it.
If that didn't fix the connection, please click 'Connect Facebook' again. This time instead of reconnect please click on 'Edit previous settings'.
On the first page confirm the same Business Page you had before and click continue. On the second page click on the first option to "Opt in to all current and future Businesses". Then click Continue at the bottom.
On the next page click 'Save', and on the final page click 'Got it'. This should restore the connections between Facebook (and Instagram if you had connected it previously) and Linda.
